# Terms & Conditions (Warranty)

1. Our company specializes in Home and Office Décor products and provides warranty coverage based on the respective product category. 

2. The warranty is strictly applicable only for manufacturing defects or faults arising from normal and proper usage within the specified warranty period. 

3. As per product category, certain items are covered under Replacement Warranty, while others are covered under Service Warranty, as determined at the time of purchase. 

4. To avail of any warranty service, the customer must present the original Warranty Card along with the valid purchase invoice. Failure to provide these documents may result in the warranty claim being declined. 

5. The customer is solely responsible for proper installation, handling, usage, and maintenance of the product in accordance with the provided guidelines. 

## Limitations of Warranty

This warranty shall not be applicable under the following circumstances: 

- If the product is physically damaged, broken, or affected by any external impact or accident. 

- If damage occurs due to electrical failure, short circuit, voltage fluctuation, or power surge. 

- If the product has been repaired, altered, or serviced by any unauthorized technician or third party. 

- If the damage is caused by misuse, negligence, improper installation, or mishandling. 

- If the product is damaged due to water, fire, natural disasters, or any other external environmental factors. 

The company reserves the full right to inspect the product and determine the eligibility of warranty service based on the above Terms and Conditions.
